+44 ALBUM SEASON
we re-created 5 iconic album covers from across the history of black music.
Inspired by National Album Day, the Forward Slash team and I worked with +44 and Amazon Music UK to create The +44 Album Season. Celebrating Black music artists of the past, we re-created 5 iconic album covers from across the timeline of Black music, both in the US & UK.
We shot five album covers with five acts, and we carefully chose these artists to represent the culture as accurately as possible.
